Last week seminar with Roots BJJ founder and Head Coach Professor Paulo Guimaraes
was once again a great occasion for all Roots St George students and instructors at all belt levels to learn new moves and fine tune their skills directly from the 5th degree black belt himself.
Now it’s time to use it in training to make your game even more dangerous!
Also congratulations to the new graded warriors for their new ranking. Green, Blue , Purple and Brown belts were awarded and well deserved.🥋⚔️
