HMA Kids Scholarship Program

Hurstville Martial Arts is launching a scholarship for our kids development program. As part of our initiative to help foster growing talents within the community we are offering an exciting program to help develop and nurture young athletes within our BJJ community.

2 x BJJ Scholarship Program

We will be introducing two BJJ scholarships for our kids program. This scholarship will include

free membership to our Hurstville Academy (12 weeks)
free uniform exclusive competition training with our affiliated Roots academy
dietary and physical condition program

Eligibility

This application is open to all gyms

Age between 7 - 12 years old
Required to attend a minimum of 10 classes per month
Must be able to compete under the Roots BJJ affiliation at least once within the scholarship program period.
Required to conduct scheduled video interviews and training sessions
Acceptance of HMA video and photography consent

Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes provides a positive outlet for kids to release their energy. Our martial arts program also teaches children practical, essential, proven self defense skills. We explain to our students that the moves they learn in class will work, so they do not try them on their family members or neighbors. Put simply, our Hurstville Martial Arts (HMA) program emphasizes complete physical and mental development.

All applications need to be submitted prior to 26th of March 2021 11:59pm. Application is free of charge.
