Hey guys, it will be our privelage to host Firas Zahabi’s first seminar in Australia. Firas is the owner and head coach of one of the top MMA camps in the world, Tristar Gym in Montreal. He is a former Canadian Muay Thai Champion and a John Danaher Black Belt.

We have spent the last 5 weeks at Tristar training under Firas and it has been mind blowing, this is not a seminar you want to miss.
It will be a No Gi Jiu Jitsu seminar, starting time will be around midday (yet to confirm exact time) and the cost is $100 per person. Firas will only be doing one seminar and it will be at our UDA dojo, therefore spaces will be limited and Roots members will receive priority. This also means that if you wish to attend, you will need to confirm your spot well in advance.
