Congratulations to everyone that got graded yesterday! It has been a long journey for some and it is a fantastic achievement to attain their next belt. I am honestly so proud to have seen their development, not just in jiu jitsu but also in the other aspects of their life. As coach, the goal is not to just seek performance but also see a growing development of their core values and discipline. Something which they can transfer to other parts of their life.
