To continue to combat this virus, the Federal and State government have announced the closure of all activities (aside essential services). As such HMA will be closed, effective from today. All classes will be
cancelled for the next 14 days (23rd of March to 6th of April). If more time is required, the gym will continue its closure.We hope you and your family have a safe period ahead and stay fit and healthy as we combat this once in a generation event!
Also, we are working on some new online training material which will help you keep active during this isolation period.
